A small number of families came along and found the experience of talking with others most rewarding
During the Easter school holidays we organised a morning get-together
where a free roller skating session was on offer upon one condition! To
qualify you needed to follow a mapped trail around the park, correctly
finding the answers to the rhyming clues listed on the trail map. Everyone
enjoyed the challenge, some taking longer than others to return! If you
missed out and would like to have a go, you still can. The trail map is
available to download in pdf format for your enjoyment.

14 nominations were received for our 9th year of rewarding those
kids unlucky enough to have diabetes but determined enough not to let
it get in their way. Look out for more details of their achievements in
future newsletters.
A good night was had by all who came along to the Whale Hill Social
Club in Eston. Many thanks go to Sue, Peter,Chris & Kate for their
help, upto and on the night, without them the party would not have
happened. We had food, dancing, party games, a raffle and our own Child
of Achievement Awards.
