The Disco provided musical entertainment and Games with a few new singers looking to take over from Busted when they grow up!. For only the second time in six years we had joint winners of the Achievement Awards. One of the pictures below, shows the winners cutting cakes celebrating the groups tenth anniversary.

Summer Trip to Flamingo Land Theme Park & Zoo

This years summer Outing was another success, two full coaches transported many families to the 'land of fun and excitement' that is, Flamingo Land. The day was hot and Sunny. Many headed for the Roller Coasters and other Stomach-turning rides whilst others watched the animals and live shows. The new attraction for 2004 was the family water flume ride, The Lost River Ride, this ride made you very wet indeed.

Family Fun Day - Preston Park

Held on the first day of 'National Diabetes awareness week. The 'Walk in the Park' event , run by Diabetes UK took place between Noon and three and it was good to talk to the other families that had come along, some from outside the area. Sponsored Forest Walk - Guisborough

Around forty five people ventured along a circular route through Guisborough Forest. We got lucky with the weather, as the day before and after were both complete washouts. The rain held off on the day, until we'd finished the walk and were in the process of handing out the rewards. Our thanks to all those who took part, and all sponsors. It is hoped the event will have raised in the region of £750, a great result which is much appreciated.
